Dr. Monahan has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 2001. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia and her D.V.M. from The Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She has an interest in both Eastern and Western medicine and often incorporates Acupuncture into her patient care. She lives in Fairfax with her husband, Trey, their Great Danes (Stella and Lucy), their cat (Ivan), and Guinea Pig (Linus).
